Pet Fees / Pet Deposits / Pet Rent

  • One-Time Pet Fee - 1 Pet:  $200.00
  • One-Time Pet Fee - 2 Pets: $300.00
  • Refundable Pet Deposit - 1 Pet:  $200.00
  • Refundable Pet Deposit - 2 Pets: $300.00
  • Monthly Pet Rent:  $25.00
  • Monthly Pet Rent is per pet
  • One-Time Pet Fee(s) and Monthly Pet Rent are non-refundable
Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. These include: Bull Terrier (American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman, Wolf Hybrid, Shar Pei, or mix breeds with these bloodlines.

Additionally, exotic animals such as reptiles, birds, rodents (including ferrets, rabbits, etc.), and poisonous animals such as tarantulas, insects and poisonous fish are not permitted.

All pets require prior approval from management and must be listed on the Rental Application.

A photo and veterinary certificate will be required and said pet(s) must be properly licensed and inoculated for rabies and other usual inoculations for that type of animal based on current Federal, State and County guidelines.
